The project Fostering Employment of Maternity Leavers (FEMALE) is an Erasmus+ co-funded project which aim is to facilitate return of parental leavers to the labour market. We plan to achieve this goal by developing an innovative modular training programme for parental leavers and creating an e-platform for distance learning and initiation of network of parental leavers and employers. The project products will rely on feedback collected from parental leavers, employers and counsellors about their needs, expectations and limitations so they have a real added value and are tailored to them.
